Hi, I’m Brian Bratti, President of Bratti Innovation Group LLC (BIG) and certified Coach, Speaker and Leadership Trainer.  I have held various leadership positions throughout my career.  From my experience as an Army Reserve Officer to over 30 years in the insurance industry in various leadership positions including:

• Reinsurance Claim Director tasked with recovering $25-$35 million dollars per year in collections and negotiating multi-million dollar deals with large multi-national insurers

• National Insurance Learning Manager of a Fortune 500 Company charged with training over 2200 employees.
